Greetings!
I’ve got a Superposed with screw in chokes in it and want to buy another one Modified but I can’t determine what manufacturer they are
Also tried to upload pics here and just can’t figure it out
Could anyone please help to upload pics of those chokes,so I’ll get a good advice about the manufacturer
Much appreciated!

Aftermarket choke tubes could be just about anything but the Superposed had quite thin barrel walls and Briley thinwalls are common for that reason. Briley has been known to offset the tubes because of this barrel wall thickness so the top barrel shoots higher and the bottom barrel shoots lower.

The photo above sure looks like a Briley thin wall flush choke.
The one shown is an Improved Cylinder.

Briley thin wall chokes will have an "S" designation .there are 2 types of chokes those that are rated for lead shot only and those that are rated for all shot types . google briley thin wall chokes .

Thanks for the info!
On mine it says Lead Shot Only
Not only I wanted to get to know what kind of chokes they are but find similar ones to use a Steel Shot

Briley thin wall tubes are not a one size fits all. Custom choke custom price all are fitted to a specific barrel set . You are probably looking at close to $200 dollars each and a long wait time.

I beleive this is dependent on which series ( s-1, s-25 ect ) thin wall choke you are buying looking at the Briley site .

I'm curious what makes the S1 chokes "lead only".

I don’t think the S# has anything to do with the type of shot used.
Briley thinwall chokes are given a designated name called a Series with a number as a suffix depending on the size. S-1, S-2, S-26 etc.
Thinwalls are available in either lead shot compatible or all shot compatible (Lead, Steel, Tungsten).

Briley, the S1 denotes "Series" 1 thin walls. You have to order the same series chokes. You can't just stick any Briley choke in there. Different series are made to fit different bore diameters. Briley will likely have your gun on record as one they installed chokes in and can sell you the proper choke you need/want. The steel/tungsten compatible chokes are the VX chokes and are available in all the thin wall series. They are made of titanium. I had S2VX chokes for the model 12 I had done.

I've had 3 guns done by Briley with thin walls. A model 12 with S2's, a Super X1 with S54's and an MX8 that I cannot recall? S2's I think? I am not aware of Briley selling their thin walls for other dealers/smiths to install as they are made specific to your gun so you send them your barrel(s).
This link should help guide you.
