After neck sizing some brass that gave me good groups ... groups became somewhat erratic...I noticed the Lee Depth length Gauge was very tight on the resized brass so I checked the Hornady neck Sizer Expander Ball ... found it to be undersize! Was creating too much neck tension. Repalced the ball with one from my full-size set and ....life is good again.
