Underslung grenade launcher

Not as far as I know. Underslung grenade launchers were a fairly recent development in terms of firearms history, even the Yugo SKS with integral grenade launcher sights was a development of the mid 1960's. The M203 and Russian GP-25 were developed came into service in the early 1970's. So generally the process goes rifle grenade -> underslung launcher.

Not for sks. SA vz 58 did have one in 26.5 but it was a short run. Russians make one for ak-74 plus Poland made one for years for AKM it is called pallad. If you want one they are easily bought on Surplus market in Poland and Czech republic disabled of course
