Unertl scopes impossible to find ?

I have a C3 Canadian Sniper rifle clone (Parker Hale M82) that I bought off a fellow GGN member. Its 99% finished.....but no optics ! I would like to find a period correct 10X Unertl or a 6X42 Khales , but they are impossible to find in Canada. Thinking of mounting an old 10X Weaver until I find the right scope.......or say screw it and mount a modern tactical scope ??
 
Unertyl's will be next to impossible to find in Canada. The army clawed all of the old ones back, probably to be destroyed or something else cool.....
There are refurbed ones in the US, they sell for too much money, I am sure they can be imported through Prophet River or somewhere else similar.
If it makes you feel better about putting a modern scope on it, the C3's are currently outfitted with new rails from Cadex, and have 3-12 Schmidt and Benders on them for use as a training rifle.

Also feel free to post a picture or 12 of your rifle.
 
You can find them but you have to constantly be on the lookout. I have a couple that I bought several years ago on the EE. If you don't get them within a couple of hours of them being posted they'll generally be gone. Unless they are priced way too high.
