I picked up a Dillon powder thrower from friend a while back and decided to ty it out. I tried it with Titegroup and it worked great. Then I tried some Unique and it seemed powder came out everywhere but where it was supposed to. Also the slide was sticky and would not operate with out a loit of force.
So I dumped it out and stripped it down to make sure there was no powder hung up and it was stuck everywhere.
Is this normal for a Dillon and maybe that is why he parted with it?
It works good with Titegroup and I was going to get som Win 231 to try but I forget what 231 granules look like.
Any thoughts?

It should work better than that.

I used Unique in Lee autotdisk a lot when I loaded 9mm. Static buildup was a problem. Regularly disassembling and washing the plastic bits that contacted the powder in soapy water and air drying helped a lot.
