eBay find for one of my SMLE’s. A Motty sight I believe from the 1920’s. Safety spacer is removed and the sight replaces it. The cross bar flips up out of the way to work the bolt. I tried it on my LSA and found the rear site will have to be removed unless I add a front globe which would bring line of site above the rear site.
I don’t want it on my LSA so I’ll be putting it on a BSA that I rebuilt. I have a smaller diameter globe will fit between the front nose protectors. I just have to file and make the globe fit the smaller LE dovetail. Cost me $50.79 with shipping from Australia.
