Unique wood Ruger Scouts....

We just secured two of these rifles today. About six weeks before we actually see them. Part of a small 'over run' by Ruger. Not a limited special edition or a catologued item.

Nice , I prefer my ruger GSR with the 18" nitrated black and the laminate but nice to see different options out there

I love the look of a bolt action with a nice wood stock. But with that beimg said I would love to see one of these with a black polymer adjustable stock with a pistol grip, muzzle brake, and a red dot. Just sayin... ;-)

Taking preorders?... I am in if so... those who have never handled a scout wouldn't understand how handy these are.... and the wood will likely weigh less than the laminate model (which is only about 6.5 pounds)...

You can buy 3 and 5 round mags... the 3 is flush mount I believe...
