Unknown markings on CZ 858 bolt carrier

Can anyone answer me this riddle:

I found etchings made by hand on the bcg of a CZ 858, tactical V4. Are they quality control markings? Owners? Soldiers issued to originally? Aliens runes?

a lot of the bolt carriers I have had , have had those markings on them, I think its more quality control if anything.

Probably arsenal markings (electro pencil) on surplus parts.
