Emailed then a question about a product one evening, and got a response the next morning at 6:45AM-ish, and the following emails replied to within minutes. Placed my order 10-15 minutes later, and by 7:30 I already got a shipment notification from Canada Post for the shipping label being created. Order packaged and ready in 30 minutes. Unreal, super happy and pleased. Couldn't ask for more, thanks to everybody at GBT! Give them all your monies.
 
Sounds like great customer service. Had a similar experience with another site sponsor. And of course I've had many a retailer never reply to emails.

GBT is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. He works tirelessly for his customers!
 
I love dealing with GBT, and Tom has always been phenomenal with communication. I've been surprised at how quickly he responds to my inquiries that I send over at odd hours
