There are no complete drop-on barrels just yet. We are working through the machine work to finish the trunnion and gas block installations.
Once these are out of the way and the barrels for the .223 Wylde and 7.62 are chambered and out for bluing we will focus on finishing up the parts needed for the gas systems. They are here in the shop but still in the white. Some bits need heat treat, some need blasting and Nitride. One step at a time.
I did use one set to test fire and tune the first long gas system 7.62 barrel so I know the parts fit and function which is a win.

Any update on the approx timing for the gas system components? I was hoping to get the full kit from you for my short gas system (gas selector, piston, op-rod, and recoil spring)at the same time when I send in my barrels for the new block/trunnion set
No, the factory hand guards are too narrow. If you want to use our machined gas blocks then you MUST have an HBI handguard or it will not fit unless :
1) you have the short gas system barrel and short factory handguard and purchase the custom bottom support rail from us. OR :
2) you have a long gas system barrel but use a short factory handguard which means our machined gas block is way down the length of the barrel and exposed. Not ideal for looks or shooting and getting a burnt debris facial.
These are the only two configurations whereby you can use a factory short handguard with our machined gas blocks. The long factory hand guard is not possible in any configuration.
Soon. As I have said in other posts, once we are done making the barrels we have in house and know what parts we have left for sale I will make a new thread complete with links to the parts on our website. Until then we ask you be patient.
