As a result of the potential Canada Post strike, we enabled UPS and Purolator as alternative shipping options to keep orders moving without delay. However, this change exposed an issue with our customer-facing quote system, it hasn’t been applying our bulk shipping rates correctly on certain orders.
Because of this, some customers, especially those in rural areas, were overcharged for shipping. The good news is we've found the problem and are working on a fix.
In the meantime, we're proactively reviewing affected orders and issuing refunds for any discrepancies between what you were charged and what we actually paid. There's no need to reach out, we’re handling it on our end.
