Dear Valued Customer,

The Canadian Liberal Government has implemented a 25% tariff on all complete firearms manufactured in the United States. This tariff does not apply to firearm parts, which remain tariff-free.

For example, if you purchase a handgun for its parts, the serialized part or receiver cannot be exported to Canada, and the remaining parts will be exempt from tariffs.

Additionally, the following items are subject to a 25% tariff:
  • All US manufactured Brass casings, cartridges (ammunition).
  • All US manufactured knives, regardless of design.
  • All US manufactured related tools.
  • All US manufactured weapon lights and flashlights.
  • All US manufactured Soft gun cases , Holsters (Articles of leather, Trunks, hand bags, suit-cases, vanity-cases, executive-cases, brief-cases, school satchels and similar containers: With outer surface of leather or of composition leather).
  • Spring, Air or Gas guns
  • Tools (Hand-operated spanners and wrenches: Non-adjustable)
  • Tools (Drilling, threading or tapping tools - Die stocks)
  • Tools ; Punch sets (Rock drilling or earth boring tools: With working part of cermets)
Exempt from tariffs are:

Antique firearms, Parts and accessories including barrels, optics, scopes, magazines, swords

Tariffs will be collected shortly after your purchase. Should the Canadian Liberal Government align with the USMCA agreement before your order arrives in Canada, we will refund 100% of the tariffs collected.

All tariffs are calculated in Canadian funds, based on the Canadian value of the goods and are subject to GST.

Payments made via credit or debit card for the tariffs will incur a 3% surcharge.

To avoid this surcharge, funds can be transferred via EFT to IRUNGUNS.

Thank you for your understanding and continued business.
