I ordered the upgrade kit to convert my 450 to 550. Comes with a new removable tool head frame, link pins and a cut off nail(!) to pound out the old factory pressed in link pins. You reuse the ram, shell plate and links.
After bending the 'nail' and another more skookum rod, I had a friend with a hydraulic press push out the pins, the reverse of the way they were installed, with no damage to the frame or the pins. Took me an afternoon to do the rest of the conversion.
