Update: My PAL finally came in yesterday.
Just like randymacbc said, the card says on the back: Possession only: restricted &12(6)handgun
Acquisition: non-restricted
The paper that the card was attached to also said the bottom portion of that piece of paper has to be kept and shown on demand to any LEO that demands it? Is this for real?
I have to carry around a little "conditions" piece of paper for the 5 years that my license is good for?
