Upgrading to a restricted PAL

i already have my PAL but decided that i now want to get my restricted one. i did my course and received my two forms proving i passed the course ( e.g. form 332 and the one with the card saying i passed)

My question is do i send the original for both or just the original 332 and a copy of the form with the car because i know that 332 must be sent as original and not copy but it does not specify for the other one????

As far as I know you just send copies of the stamped CAFC 332 form you received from the CFO.
You should send copies of both the 332's you have from your CFSC and the CRFSC courses.
That is all that is requested on the application. Box G 20 a and b. And on page 3 Checklist it says "attach a copy" not the original.
Keep the originals in a safe place as they are your golden ticket.
