Upland Hunting Preserves in Ontario/Quebec

I have a friend visiting from Australia, and Id like to take him out hunting. Is he able to hunt on a preserve in either Ontario or Quebec without a hunting licence? I know its like that in most US states

Secondly, Ive been trying to track down some upland preserves within a 100-200km radius of Ottawa but Ive come up short. Any suggestions? I knew of one out near Carp but Ive lost the name

I have my Outdoors card but my Aussie friend does not.

I think there is a snooty shooting school in Montebello. Don't know much more than that. I suppose if you need to look for it on the internet, you didn't need to know about it.

In Ontario, a non-resident has to buy a $15 licence to hunt game birds on a game bird hunting preserve. It's still alot less than the $90 for a non-resident's small game license.
