Urgent calling all IPSC Black Badge competitors
Urgent action needed today June 1st 2022 to save IPSC No fooling around.

There is of course bill c-21 which is a full press attack in handguns . But there is a more present issue RIGHT NOW !!!!

To effect the shut down of the handgun sports and to give a full stop to IPSC the Liberals have introduced a Regulation yesterday and it is being ushered through the HoC an dSenate now , right now. It will stop all handgun transfers. But it has exemptions. One exemption is the Olympic handgun shooters. I have attached the regulation . What is missing are the msin handguns sports in Canada. Those are IPSC, IDPA , PPC and DCRA service pis
They Must be included in the exemptions NOW , This regulation can be hanged IF all of the competitors and all of their influential friend IMMEDIATELY get going and put their time and money into contacting all MP's and Senators. NOW

Please spread this Today

The fact is the regulation is before Parliament and can be passed quickly Then its over. Lets show all the strenth we have.

Please include ICORE (International Confederation Of Revolver Enthusiasts) Very small but dedicated group in Canada.

Please pass it on to all groups, I can not do it all as I don,t have the contacts, the time or the skills. We are all in this together, do not rely on someone else doing it! Please spread the word. If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.
 
I thought this would get more response here, where are all the IPSC members, the time to act is now.

We don't have to limit this appeal just to IPSC, all handgun disciplines should make their voice heard, Cowboy Action and IDPA are just two examples.
 
Everyone should be acting on this. It doesn't matter what discipline you shoot, even the shot gunners should be up in arms over this.

Maybe IPSC members gave up when they realized they didn’t have the support of IPSC Canada

Interesting. If this bill succeeds and even if it stays as is (ie existing handgun owners get to keep & use their current firearms) IPSC in Canada is toast within a generation.

That should be motivating to do all they can.

Lets hope IPSC gets their head out of their A$$ and starts being political unlike before where there were nothing but crickets.
And that's the reason I put up this^^^^ post in the other sub forum.

Quite possibly so maybe the members should become active and change the Board, same with the Provincial level Boards if they won't do anything change them.

Which of course means people will have to step up to the plate and stand for office
 
Team Hipwell Gives Shout out and Thank You to IPSC Canada for supporting the Federal Court action to stop the May 1st 2020 gun ban. IPSC Canada is indeed on the side of its members and is active to protect the Shooting sports.

as is any other discipline, SASS, IDPA, Steel challenge, Silhouette , ALL
Active handgunners will be relegated to the has-bin
