Urgent Powder Requirement

A friend of mine is in urgent need of some 4831SC for his 284 and I was hoping somebody might know where to find some in stock. Looking for about 8 lbs, or potentially more if available. Same lot would be preferred.

Any leads would be appreciated!

Call Hummason. They list it for $170 for an 8lb keg. Whether they have it or not is another issue.

Higginsons might have some in stock but the last few people I talked to who tried to order told me they were out of a lot of common stuff like 4350 etc.

Unfortunately, they do not have the powder the OP is looking for.

Canadian tire website shows several Hodgdon powders, as well as 2 Alliant powders (Rel. 15 and Bullseye) as well as Nozler bullets, Winchester Shotshell primers. Also reloading equipment from RCBS, Hornady and Lee.

All of the items say call stores for details which I take to mean you have to order it in?

Burn rate's right there with Hodgdon Superformance and Winchester Supreme 780.

TSE in Calgary has the 780, and I saw 780 and Superformance in Proline Shooters 2 on Monday this week.
