Hi,

I want to buy a revolver cylinder (Kirst Konverter) for my Ruger Old Army (black powder).

I would buy it from a US store ( valued under $100.00).

Do I need any authorization ?

i don't know where you're getting your information- those cylinders are 250 us at midway, more everywhere else- you can get a good used blackhawk in 45c for just a little more, that's why folks aren't buying them

I meant that "the value" on the post parcel would be less than $100.00 US (not the "buying value").


I know the cylindre is around $250.00 - $275.00.

I will get some infos from Questar.
