US Gov't Surplus Military vehicle auction on Dec 17

Tanks are ITAR controlled. There are no tanks anywhere on that site anyway. The first two are 5th wheel trucks. Likely requires U.S. citizenship too.

I believe alot of that stuff will have an end user agreement, which means no export period for the current winner (who has to be a US citizen) to future owners (more US citizens).

End user certificates are normally reserved for the export of mil goods, not for the home sale of them. If you were serious, you could ask Irunguns, the systems are similar. Also I've registered Swiss Mil Unimogs with no real issues.

The cheapest Humvee went for $25,500 US. The most expensive was $41,000. Apparently the auction received a great deal of attention as these were the first military ones sold to the public.
