I'm looking for scope guru's who have lots of experience with all types of shooting from 100 yards - 1000 yards and suggestions on a scope from US Optics that would suit my M25 NM build? I want one as they're FN solid and take a beating ... I don't baby my rifles much when I go hunting so I'd like something that's gonna last. Suggestions for scope choice? Thank you,

We have a few models listed on our site and on the way. We have more about to be ordered. Just have to update the website to.

Yes their website is unbelievably slow.
I would say you have 3 choices.

SN3 3.2-17x44 or 58 TPAL
I have this scope and and love it, only mine is not a TPAL(its ERGO)

SN3 3.8-22x44 or 58 ERGO Only
This scope I think is the ideal magnification but only comes in ERGO configuration meaning eyepiece parralax adjustment.(I would prefer turret parralax adjustment)
The issue with eyepiece adjustment is that when you are turning the eyepiece adjustment over the rifle tends to roll with it. The TPAL being on the turret I think is better because when turn the knob you turn forward or back so the rifle moves less when you are behind the scope.

SN3 5-25x44 or 58 TPAL
This will be on my next build. I would prefer to have a little more magnification on the high end( more than the 17x i already have) but TPAL is a must so this I figure is my best option. It is the same configuration as my Premier Reticles and I'm happy with it(the USO will probably cost as much as well).

I don't know if I explained my self clearly enough but I hope this helps

I have a US Optics scope 1-4 SN4 already and it's beyond solid and takes a shizznat kicking and still works ... plus I can order how I want it set up ... but before I do I wanted to see others with experience with theirs. I hunt in some extreme weather conditions and terrain so I need something tough.

Just an ad for USO - I have one (1-4 SN4 lit reticle) on on my CZ 416 Rigby on a Pic. rail with good rings.
In Africa, that thing hung in the landcruiser rack day after day of bouncing through pits and rocks and on sorts of nonsense. Dust, rain and a beating. It never moved a hair.
Heavy - yes. Elegant - maybe. Solid -yes

I did read it - and that is why I asked. I would have guessed a PMII Shortdot, for example, would "last" and have exceptional optics to boot. I guess what you are saying is that the USO product is more durable than S&B.

What do you have this mounted on ivo? Pics? Longest shot with this scope?

Sorry about the late reply, I was looking for pics of the rifle/scope but realized I don't have any(I will take some and post later).

The scope is on a custom .260 AI(this rifle is an absolute laser).
Longest shot is just over 800m so far and the longest kill was a coyote at 505m a couple of months ago.

USO are excellent scopes in every way.
You can customize them in almost every way.
They are tough as nails.
They are extremely well built.
The glass is as good as any other high end scope.

This all comes at a price but if one is in the market for a high end scope that they can be completely confident with in any conditions, this is the one.

1899 I have handled a US Optics I have in my possession ... it's just beyond tough and reliable ... but I want something with more magnification. An S&B shortdot is like $2K - $3K ... where as I could hopefully get a US Optics for simliar price but with more then a shortdot.

This is what I've been waiting to read/hear ... I look forward to pics ivo. Thanks to all who replied or keep replying if you're running a US Optics on your rifles. :D

As promised. Oh BTW don't mind the "green Monster" label on the gun, my buddies kids got carried away with the label maker(long story). The last pic is of the last coyote I shot at 505m.
The pics suck but you get the idea.

Why US Optics over S&B or Hensoldt?

Its been awhile since I've done any scope buying (tire kicking) so things may have changed but when I bought my T-Pal, USO were the only custom scope builder. Quality, toughness & warranty are unsurpassed and they're made in North America, which matters to me.

ivo thanks for the pics and your opinion on US Optics as it's much appreciated as I prefer to hear from people who have actually handled things I look at possibly purchasing. Thanks again and great pics ... damn on that 'yote! :D

farmboy do you have the SN3 3.2-17x44 or 58 TPAL model in stock and how much? Does this come illuminated? Rings?(30mm tube?) Also do you have a model that may be a bit more compact yet reach far out past 500 yards? Thanks again folks,

We have a couple on the way which are pre sold.

I'm pretty sure we can get one added to our next shipment in a couple weeks.

The SN-3 3.2-17X TPAL with 44mm objective is $3120

Hi put the 1.5-6 on our store 16" SR-15 and it's sweet. I can't wait to have more of the others in stock.

I guess I should be selling off some other scopes I'm not using and hopefully get me one of these before my M25 build is complete. Thanks Farmboy for posting,
