I am wondering if any of the different sized milsurp Enfield bolt heads will fit the AIA Enfield rifle?...

...For that matter does anyone know what milsurp parts, if any, will fit/function on the AIA Enfield?

I like to have spare parts on hand but short of buying another AIA Enfield there doesn't seem to be a source for parts...

...Wolverine and Marstar are the "official" distributors for these rifles but when I contacted Wolverine they informed me that I should speak to Marstar as they do not carry parts for that rifle. Marstar's sight has complete bolt heads and bolt head parts listed as "In Stock" but when I called them, Marstar informed me that they will NOT sell any parts as they may need them for possible warranty repairs.

Anyone have any luck buying parts from any Australian distributors?

It's a proprietary bolt and head on the AIA.....not interchangeable. That #### should never need replacing anyway.

The replaceable bolt heads are a cheat to get around variable reciever geometry from various makers using various drawings and methods. As the receiver stretches with many thousands of rounds, the armourers could keep rifles in service by changing the bolt head.

The Lee Enfield is the only rifle I know that uses this trick. You'll notice that other models learned from those peculiarities and didn't repeat the problem.
