I received a FDE BCL102 today that I ordered Dec 12. I opened the receiver of the rifle to give it once over and upon inspection I found there to be a lot of gas and powder residue in the receiver of the rifle, and the BCG was had external wear marks, sloppy rings, and dirty. I ran a patch down the barrel and it came out sooty black, not oily. Looking over the exterior of the rifle i could where a scope had been mounted (clamp marks) on the rail.

I am quite sure I ordered a new BCL102. I will have to call SFRC in the morning as this is unacceptable.

They are all test fired from the factory in a proving chamber and random ones are fired for accuracy. It’s all part of the QC checks everyone keeps asking about.

I’m locking this. It was test fired and tested for accuracy, nothing more. Stephano, I replied to your pm.
