Used dillon rl550b cost?

What would be a reasonable price for a dillon RL550B that comes with everything except for dies and scale?

So this guy is offering a used dillon rl550b press with no conversion for $400 but they sell in the US for $430 NEW with conversion. Something is rotten in Denmark!

There's always a 'sell fast' or a 'sell slow' price. Looks like you have the latter. Shipping, PST/HST, condition and accessories will influence the price ... and you can always make a counter offer if you think the price is high. I've had my 550 in serious use for 20+ years (it's a great press and worth the money).

I guess i am a tire kicker with more time than money. I know that it's a topnotch reloading press but just wanna get a fair deal. The guy lives about 50 km away so i have to consider gas as well on the total cost. Thanks for all of your input.
