Used ruger price

I’ve upgraded and have a gen 1 ruger precision rifle in 6.5 creedmoor. It has some scratches and scrapes from use, and about 600 rounds down the pipe. Has an AAC brake on it.

A friend of mine is asking if i’ll part with it. What do you guys think something like this is worth?

I have had a nearly new Gen 2 listed for a few weeks now. Down to $1300 and no deal yet.
