User signature - for forum postings

Hi everyone,

Some of you guys got some cool signatures added at the bottom of your messages.
I got jealous, and was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to direct me how to do it?
I was looking in the control panel (and I'm sure it there) just couldn't find it.

Is there a way to have the BB code a member is allowed to use modified? I used to be able to use (as in my current sig) but have lost that ability.
