Using brass in another rifle

Has anyone ever had issues using previously fired/resized cases ( 4 times shot) from one rifle in another rifle? I have over 100 280 ackley cases (nosler)here from a previous rifle I had and am considering getting another 280ai.

It is usually easily done, just resize appropriately. The odd time, the brass from the first gun is oversize at the base, which can be hard/impossible to correct with the FL die.

never, but I size them with a case guage. Yes it works the brass more but I also anneal too

If the new chamber is cut with the same reamer and the headspace is set the same, there is an excellent chance that the brass will work just fine. At worst, it will require a bit of FL die work.

I rebarreled a 22-250AI 4 times (used the same reamer) and never had to adjust the brass.

Rebarreld a 308 AI 4 times. Same brass.
