USPSA Area 2 Championship - Caspian Desert Classic

Yup, thanks for sharing. It was the first Area 2 I've missed in years (I recognized all but 1 RO), and this shows me exactly what I missed (looks like a lot tighter shooting this year). Speaking of what I missed, were you clean on the mover?

Also: it's time for you to shoot some single stack and get those reloads into shape... I didn't know you could miss such a big mag well that many times :)

p.s. looks like the reshoot gods equate one bad reload with a jam.

I kept looking around for you, I was sure you'd be there!
Honestly this is my first major with the new Ernie Hill rig and I've made some adjustments based on those errors. The jam was all my fault, I got too high on the gun and stopped the slide with my thumb. Sadly my first run would have had me in the top 10 on that stage...I did avenge the jam by only dropping one point though!
Yes I was clean on the mover in fact I only dropped 2 C's. I was clean and mostly A's on all the swingers and clamshells too. Static targets though....
I dropped two Mikes on one stage, my only mikes for the match, one on a B zone and one just into hardcover. I only shot 2 D's for the whole match though so that helped me out.
Overall it was their usual fantastic match. Very technical and tight shots but very good stages.
I may give SS another go at somepoint...
