Utg riser help!!!!!

What size riser to get (medium or high) for rifle with a A2 stock(see below), eventually im going to run a 15in troy rail with magpul buis and want a perfect co-witness if possible, optic is going to be a poor mans aimpoint aka trs-25. Im very excited to get back in the ar game after years without one couldn't pass up on a brand new ar that wasn't Chinese for $500.00 from a non site sponsor.

Yup Mossberg MMR Hunter I don't know about sub moa with the factory trigger little rough but there were some firearm reviews that did slightly over moa. Gotta change the pistol grip, trigger guard, hand guard, some buis, throw my trs-25 on there and maby a upper with a dust cover and forward assist and I can live with it. It seems to be pretty well built and for $500.00 before tax im very happy.
 
On a slight side-note, is there something halfway between their medium and low risers, even if made by another manufacturer? Their low riser BARELY fails to clear the back of my Meprolight M21 (when I mount a magnifier on it), while their medium riser is too high and I don't get the full sight picture.
