Valdada MIL Range Finder HELP!!!

I got this pocket mil rangefinder with a scope that i got off of cgn seller and i have been trying to learn how to use the dam card but i could not find any info on the net about how to use it? Been trying to figure it out on my own but just end up about it! here is a wesite that shows the card, PLEASE HELP!!!
