i borrowed my friends valtro and would like to clean it for him.i cant figure out how to take the action out of it.got the barrel off no problem.if someone could describe this or point me to a web site for this please and thanks

I have looked on line to try and find a manual but so far no luck. I do not want to get to crazy with dismantling it by trial and error. I would rather have something to refer to.

With the barrel already off you push the foregrip forward so that the forend action bar bolt group will slide out from the receiver. Using a punch, tap out the two trigger guard retaining pins and remove the trigger assembly.
To reassemble, make sure the hammer is cocked, re-install the trigger assembly in the housing and reinsert the pins. Reinstall the breech bolt group on the action bar and slide the forgrip back onto the mag tube until the bolt slides into the receiver.

before you can remove the forend though you have to remove the feed ramp which is held in place with a push pin.
