I'm helping extended family work through Grandpa's old gun collection now that he's passed and one of the nicer finds was a 1959 (19k stamp, 22### serial number) Savage 110L in .308win. It's in great shape, though it's clearly been hunted regularly and then cleaned up nicely. Excellent bore, some bumps on the stock, but the wood's in great shape and minimal rust/pitting on the metalwork. There's a Weaver 4x Marksman on it currently. Anyone have a guess on what a old gun like this would go for? It must have been one of the first lefty 110's to land in Canada.

Not particularly interested in selling it, just helping the family figure things out.

No eye-deer, but did see one of these in ahh ritey a few years back at the Vernon Gun Show.
Mr.H. was with me and we did admire it.
Great look'in rifle and if it shoots well, dunnoh, around five brown ones?

The old Weaver should complimint this attire a tad as well.

Photos man.............

The Savage 110L is the left hand version of the Savage 110 rifle. It was made in the standard grade, but also made in a Deluxe version with a good, pronounced cheek piece, better wood, and checkering. Depending upon what Grade and Condition, it should bring $300 to $500.
