Value a Model 700 CDL Anniversary 30-06

Im looking for a Model 700 CDL Anniversary edition 30-06 and was wondering the values of this rifle are in "new" and "used" condition. This is not for collection purposes so I dont need a new one. I would like to offer a fair price and pay a fair price.

A new CDL SF is the same as the anniversary model, only without the engraved floorplate, and can be had for $1000. I would pay no more than $800 shipped for a used one, unless the engraving is extremely important to you...

I think I sold my CDL SF Ltd 30-06 for $900, with a couple hundred Lapua brass and RCBS dies.

Guys are wanting $1800 in PM's Ive recieved, I politely reclined. I can get a Cooper for the crazy amount guys think they are worth.

I sold mine for $1,400.00 with a Leupold VX-III all in excellent ++ condition and thought I got a very fair price for it.
