Value and ID of Handguns

An older friend of mine is looking to get rid of a couple handguns and sent me a couple pictures. I am wondering if anyone can help me out with value and info.

First one looks like a savage 1907, 99% its 32 acp and would be 12.6, although 380 models do exist, they are hard to find( i've been looking for years). Worth 150-200, you can get it reballeled at epps to make it restricted, that's what i did, neat guns.
Second looks like a colt woodsman target, not the greatest shape maybe 3-400? Not my area of expertise.

I will guess that the first one is a Walther and is prohibited. My guess on the second is a colt. 22lr.

+1 Savage 1907, pretty nice shape from what you can tell, bump the price by $50 if it's as nice as it looks -- $200 - $250
I would buy it and sell mine, which is not as nice... +1 on the Epps recommendation.

+1 Colt Woodsman Target slab side, with an interesting trigger. Maybe a 60s gun. Should fetch that $400 if you can clean it up and get photos that are actually in focus...
