I got a Tok that I'm looking to find out the value of as I haven't seen many like this. I have seen many with the plastic grips but not many at all with the wood grips like mine. It is a Russian made TT-33 made in 1944 with a 2### serial number. Bluing is still superb on it and it is not refurbished and does not have the safety. Does anybody know the approximate value on this?

I would say $169-179, just like any other Tokarev, non-refurb or refurb. I think they are just too common. My buddy has a mint TT-33 with wood grips, refurb, paid $169. Post pics and maybe some experts will chime in. Mine doesn't have any refurb marks that I can see, but it definitely isn't mint.

Toks are so cheap its not even funny. In Russia if there is a crime scene that has a dead body, usually in few meters there is the TT lying on the ground with which crime was comitted. Thugs don't even bother hiding it because they know its untraceable. No one knows exactly how many were produced during the war and after. China still makes them to this day, so shoot it, enjoy it. If it brakes buy new one and use broken one for parts.

Guys i dont want to hijack this thread but i need some infos concerning Tokarev and 7.62x25 cartridges..

Is this caliber hard to find? i wouldnt mind owning a little 200$ ww2 pistol that packs some punch!

Trade Ex up in the sponsors ^. $169 and they have cheap surplus ammo as well. I think they are very close to you as well.
