Value of a 1938 Win Model 12?

Looks to be in poor shape no bluing left, some rust, has initials carved into butt stock.

Made in 1938

30" Full choke barrel.

In my opinion, $100.00 maybe $150.00 the way it is, especially with the initials carved into it. If you follow model 12 sales on these forums, you will see that everday, plain jane used model 12's, especially in well used condition, don't bring much at all.
