Value of a CZ 858 after reclassification?

Back to the subject of the 858's value. Is $1000 for one in good shape really that insane?

Because every store was sold out of them before they went prohib. Also Wolverine was the only importer of the 858 and they have said they will never bring them in.

Cant blame them since the last shipment was held in customs for months on end. It cost them thousands in storage fees to just have to ship them back.

It would all depend on how many go up for sale, supply and demand right. I'd guess not a ton, like it said its a symbol and collectable now.
