Hey guys I was wondering if you would have a general idea what a mint semi ithica shotgun would go for. I will try and get more info as to exactly what model the gun is. Thanks Salt

I bought one in unfired condition a few months ago and paid $425.00 which included shipping.

Have enjoyed shooting it, nice trap gun. We'll see how it hunts next season.

Does it look like this? This is a SKBXL900, the barrel does not move when shot as some do that don't have the gas pistons in them. These run around the $300.00 mark while the ones where the barrel moves when you shoot are around $200.00 Of course on Gunnutz the guys will probably ask $700.00 and $600.00 respectively.
I am starting to get frustrated by the guys asking $100.00 more for a gun than they paid for it 35 years ago. These are mid 70's vintage.

Okay I found out some more info the gun is a semi auto 12 ga ithica model number 300. The chamber on the gun is 2.75. The gun has absulutly no wear marks any where. The wood is perfect not a thing wronge on this gun.

I just bought one 2 years ago for $100.00 , it did mind you have some scratches and wear and tear. It was a model 900 2 3/4" chamber with a 30" fixed full choke barel.
I traded it in last year for get this $100.00 on a new Remington 1100 Sporting 12....

A lot of older guns are worth more than their newer counterparts due to quality alone. You can't compare the quality of a 70's vintage Wingmaster compared to todays version.I'd pay more for one than it originally sold for if I was in the market for another. Also,a lot of guns will appreciate in value.I just paid over $1500 for a Remington 3200 that retailed when it was built for under $700.
