Value of a sporterized 30-06 Eddystone

Hey fellas, I'm a new member to CGN. I recently picked up a sporterized eddystone from a good friend of mine when they reintroduced the elk hunt here in ontario.
I'm considering on selling/ trading the rifle for a browning auto-5, and wanted to know what the going value is for this setup.
Details are as follows:

Boyd's Black pepper laminate stock, 30-06 cal, has newer barrel with William iron sights.

I'd say $200-$300

Gagnon's in Oshawa has a nice one right now for $249. Check their site under used guns.

Its lost it's value as a MILSURP. Provided that the barrel is sound, in the $275-$325 range as a .30-06 sporter.
