Value of a Win 1894 in .32-40

My father has this Winchester in .32-40 octogonal barrel, in good to verygood cond. Looks to me like a model 1894.
He also has one or two boxes of ammo; the John Wayne commemorative.

What's the value of this ?

Shape...Shape...amount of blueing left...rifling condition...to many variables to give an acurate amount sight unseen! One guys "good condition" is another guys crap gun :?

The 32-40 is one of the most desireable calibers, along with the 25-35 in the early 94s (pre 1920s) in my opinion! & the hex barrel always has a class to it!

Sight unseen I'd say $500-1000. assuming it's in "good condition" with 60% blue or more!

My opinion only :roll: others may disagree :)
