value of an SKB/Ithaca 500

I picked up one in excellent + condition. 30 inch bbl, full and impoved modified fixed chokes, black+ fully engraved receiver, 12 gauge, gold single selective trigger, 3 inch chamber.

Got it from an older guy who gave up on his guns. Any idea of value?
My research on Gunboker etc and the Blue Book gives about a $600-700 value?

i know they are very nice shotguns to use.

I would expect it to sell fairly quickly on the EE in the $700-$800 range.
