Hi All,
Just inherited of a Armi Jager frontier rifle. It came with two cylinders 22Mag and 22LR. Overall condition is good. Looked online for information and found very little, just that the riffle was made by ARMI-JAGER Co of Turin, Italy between 1968 and 1984 and imported by Navy Arms Co. in New Jersey. They were loosely based on Remington's Model 1858 Revolving Carabine. The company no longer exists anymore.
Does anyone have a clue as to the value of this riffle ?
Cheers.

Italian firearms usually have proof marks and a date code stamped on them, as a comparison I have a Remington Revolving Rifle made by Uberti in .44Cal. black powder which I value at about $450.00. Your .22 Cal version is probably much rarer than the Uberti's and the novelty factor should raise the value.
Here is a picture of typical Italian proof marks and date code:

Hi All,
Here are two pics: 1- Stamping from the company and 2- The riffle itself with the spare 22 LR cylinder (the 22 mag cylinder is installed right now)
Cheers
