I have a chance to buy a Browning B-80 Ducks Unlimited 12g shotgun.It is The Plains edition which is out of series of 4 shotguns called the Flyways series made Ducks Unlimited.The shotgun is in excellent shape and seems to never have been shot.I normally find values but this one has been hard for me to work out any help would be great

1983–1984 Browning B-80
A product of collaboration between Browning and Beretta, the B-80 is a gas-operated autoloader manufactured from 1981 to 1988. A well-made and popular gun very similar to the Beretta A303, the B-80 was discontinued only because the Browning-Beretta partnership ended. This dinner gun has a 2 3/4-inch chamber, a 30-inch full-choke barrel, high-grade walnut, and a DU grip cap. The receiver is decorated by famous Browning engraver Jose Baerten and features a bronze medallion with a white-fronted goose by David Maass. "The Plains" designation marks this gun as the third of four in DU's "Flyway" series.
 
The B-80 and Al303 are good guns, but common and not collectable. Rare, high grade, or sought after guns would bring a premium. I have a 303.

Where you may get a premium is that it "seems to never have been shot". However, fixed choke and 2 3/4" only is a detractor for value.

Since it is a Beretta it would have a value above the cheapest turkish autoloaders which run in the mid $500's and i would think less than $800. YMMV, if you can find someone who values dinner guns.

I think Nowarningshot is right on the mark. I bought a DU edition B-80 secondhand and in about 85% condition for $495 several years ago. These days, I'd expect to see that shotgun sell for about $600 or so. I think up to $800 for an new, unfired one sounds about right.

Having said that, I've been nothing but impressed with the B-80 I have. I've never seen it jam, not once, over the many seasons of water fowling that I've used it for. And it balances extremely well, for me at least. It's also built like a tank internally, and I have read the occasional review that references the guns having a remarkably long duty life. Add it all up, and it's quite a bit of shotgun for the money. The pretty wood is a bonus :)
 
I am huge fan of the b80 as I shot one for many years as a main duck gun ,never had a problem not once with it ,mine was also a deadly slug gun ,wish I had never sold it ,Dutch
