Value of Browning BLR .257 Roberts

It's so hard to say. They are, imo, more collector driven in value than the majority of other chamberings in the BLR. It's kind of like the model 99's in .284 going for 2x the price of the exact same rifle in a .308 Win. You've got to find the right buyer.

From one that has one, I would not take anything less that, wait a minute it would be the last rifle I would ever part with.
So for me I won't put a price on mine.
But if I had to, nothing less than $800 simply because of the rarity of the calibre.

I paid 750 last year for mine. It was missing the rear site and had a 243 mag. Like posted above I doubt I would part with it ever ;)

I once saw a new BLR in a gunstore in 257Roberts. Rare enough as is, but this one came from the factory without sights. Not drilled either.

BTI... Blunt Trauma Instrument...

With no irons and no holes tapped, it functions better as a club...

Man... there was a lot on hang time on that one... it was killing me! ;)
Note to self .......... Increase hang time on replies to hoyteetoyts trolling.

Who uses bbl sights on rifles anymore anyways? Maybe on an SKS but not a BLR.
