Hey guys I've been neglecting my m14 for a little while and I'm thinking about letting it go, but I have no idea what to ask for it, don't wanna set the price too high and don't wanna lose a lot of the money I've put into it.

So it's a 2007 stamped norinco m14- taken to a hungry clinic
It's in a USGI synthetic stock
Garand rear sight sight
Wolf spring kit
Wolf oprod spring
Sadlak oprod

After all the upgrades it was sent off to m14 Doctor and he did the full shorty accurizing package, so it's been chopped and threaded and has the gas block front sight.

The stop is painted tan krylon and the trigger is super smooth with a clean break, it really is an awesome rifle but it's the one that gets the least amount of attention so it's gotta go, let me know what you guys think it's worth.

It will also come with 2- 5 round mags, and 3- 20 round mags pinned to 5

I would guess about 1200 - 1400. I had one that was almost identical but done by another company plus glass bedding And some other odds n ends and sold it for 1800.

The OP said its a Norinco M14s where do you find a buyer to pay you $1800?

I have two 2007 M14s (one is even brand new never been fire) will let go for half of what you got each:D

I have to laugh every so often as to what guys think their rifles are worth. Almost weekly I see a Glock "only 500-600 rounds down the pipe" $650 or a M14S 2007 production "only 100 rounds tops" $500.

Soooooo because your rifle is used, it is worth MORE than a new one??????

But back to the OP's question, I think maybe 500-600 bucks.

i just sold/traded pretty much the same rifle for less than 700$ mine was chopped with a vortex....
1200-1400? no way look in the EE 450-800 is the going rate

I'd say around $650-700. The Garand rear sight and USGI stock do add a fair bit of value, plus it's had other work done and parts added.

I sold a similar rifle (not chopped, norc rear sight) for $600 around 9 months back.

Its not because its used, i think its because of the upgrades, its not a stock norinco, has been tuned by the description, had many upgrades, so i guess its worth more than a standard.

For what you've listed, similarly equipped M14s regularly appear on the EE for some 700-800.

I can turn a new one into yours (with out the USGI stock) $1300 or so, right? It's used, so no more than 2/3 the cost of new. Maybe $800. If I didn't own one already I would want to build my own from new. If I did buy yours, then I would have to sell mine, which would go for 2/3-3/4 the cost of new (+/-$400).
So $700-$800.
