Value of rem700 XCR tactical long range parts

There is a possibility my XCR tactical long range (308win) gets parted (most likely not)

But if I do want to sell that stock, how much can I fetch?
Stock has been skim bedded (I beleive that'd be a downer for the price?)

I don't think I will sell the barrel because I can easily see it on a hunting rig once I wear it up (by the way, how many rounds before barrel is no good for precision?), but If I do want to sell it afterall, how much can I fetch with that one (so far 200 rounds through)?

The stock having been previously bedded is actually worth less than if it had not been bedded because the bedding now has to be ground out and redone to fit the new action.

A used takeoff barrel is virtually worthless. There are thousands of them out there and it is impossible to verify the condition so nobody is gonna take a chance on it.

If the B&C Medalist stock (integral bedding block, thumb hook...), then mine sold within a day for $350.

The skim bedding may be a personal choice - think the fit between a stock skim bedded for a barreled action is probably a better than fit between machined standard bedding block and barreled action.

Often also need to grind out a bit before initial bedding job - really dont see much of a difference here. Furthermore, sometimes need to clean up bedding, add another layer of skim bedding - could do same here - couple more wraps of tape around the barrel to center and...

bedding is so skim I can see through bedding material, the bedding block was just already making contact with action everywhere. Bedding only achieved proper barrel lug support
