Value of S&W Model 41

Hello all,

I have been out of the handgun shooting for so long now and I want to start again. A friend has a Model 41 that we are trying to work out a trade on and I have no idea what a model 41 in good shape is worth today.

Can anyone help with a ball park value?

Gian,

Depending on age and condition prices seem to range from $550 to $750 with one barrel. An early model with the cocking indicator button on the back will usually fetch a higher price. Extra barrels can add $200 to $250 a piece to the price.

41 price

depends on which one,shape,and how many clips? clips have been selling for 45$ at gun shows. bought another for 600, it was mint. i seen some at gun shows for 800-1100. there have been a few for sale on this site for 500-700 range which seems to be the going rate. i like this old guns and will be buying more. some people like the newer 22a,422,622,or the 2206.if he has 2 barrels then more, heavy barrel is very good. dwayne
