A friend of mine recently picked up a nice little 1915 Erfurt Kar 98 carbine and is wondering what it might be worth. I haven't had a chance to get a picture of it yet, so here is something I found on line to explain what it is:
Overall, I would rate the rifle between good and very good. All wood is intact, but it does have several dings, marks and scratches. The bore is very good and I was very suprised to see that all the serial numbers match. It seems EVERY part of this thing is numbered! So, with that information, how common are these and what is a rough price range you would exepct to see?
