a Marlin 99.
Stumbled across one and this semi is in really good condition.
It has the tubular magazine and even the Marlin Bullseye rear
stock insert.
Curious to know when these were made/discontinued and fair
market value for one in good + shape?
Were they any issues with these 22's one should be aware of?

A regular 99 or one of the 99M1 configs?
I've had a couple, decent rifles. Seem to share a lineage with the Model 60 series.
Biggest issue I've come across is the polymer buffer drying out and crumbling.
Value...?
Kuppla brown ones if yer sellin...

They were the precursor to the Model 60. Sold from 1959-1961. Should have a walnut stock instead of birch and a steel inner-tube in the magazine instead of brass. 99G was the budget version. The 60 was a way to lower production costs and improve precision.

I can't help on the value, I'm sure collector's are lookin' for one in original condition. You should check the magazine inner-tube for rust but beyond that they're close to a 60.
