I have a chance to buy a 1895 Chilean rifle no cleaning rod good to average condition just wondering what they are worth ball park figures

It looks like good deal, the Austrian 1912 rifles are well made.
They sometimes have great stocks, my rifle has nice tiger stripe figuring in the wood. I should have the 308 rifle in soon, I already have the 308 carbine in my collection.
It may look like a high price but we don't have International Firearms around anymore bringing in tons of guns at cheap prices.

OP was asking about the 1895 model; the one at Trade-Ex is a 1912. The 1895 was made in Germany and had a ####-on-close action, small-ring receiver. It was very much the standard rifle of the Boer War; many rifles destined for Chile ended up there and the factories in Germany had to make a new run for Chile! This is why you will find Chilenos with stock-dates as late as 1902.
